These web-based tools were developed using feedback and beta testing from over 60 MDPP suppliers and input from State Quality Specialists (SQS). The tools assist CDC-recognized organizations and state health departments in making accurate projections for their National DPP lifestyle change program/MDPP programming in an innovative and interactive planning environment.
